Here are some of our favorite picks of high quality foods. We feel each receives a four-star rating for rapid fat loss:
* turkey or turkey breast
* egg whites,
* tuna fish,
* nonfat yogurt,
* chicken breasts,
* whole-grain rice,
* low-fat cottage cheese.
Contrarily, some popular foods that should be consumed sparingly (if not strictly off limits) are ice-cream, candy, soda, cookies, nuts, and peanut butter. Although the latter two are high in protein, they are also high in fat. We are not opposed to eating eat red meat. However, when we do, we try to trim all the fat. Enjoy!
